Analyzed 351 Airbnb listings in Salem, Oregon and built LASSO, Decision Tree, and Random Forest models to predict listing prices. Performed feature engineering, log transformation, variable selection, and model evaluation. Identified room type, bedrooms, and bathrooms as key pricing factors, with Random Forest achieving the best predictive performance.
